Bereavement Follow Up
We aim to provide comfort and support for families and significant others who have experienced the loss of someone close to them.
Our pastoral care volunteers lead bereavement follow up by way of a phone call on a regular basis for the first twelve months.
Families are also invited to a Remembrance Service where they can take some quiet time to remember and reflect on their loved one.
