How Hoist Ya Boss Works
STEP 1: Register or Nominate a Boss
Business owners, managers or community leaders can put their hand up or be nominated by their team to participate in Hoist Ya Boss.

STEP 2: Start Fundraising
Each participating boss commits to raising a minimum of $3,000 through their personal fundraising page.
We’ll support you every step of the way with promotional materials, plus active recognition across Fraser Coast Hospice’s platforms.
STEP 3: Get Hoisted!
On event day, bosses are lifted into the air and only come back down once their fundraising target is met.
It’s friendly competition, great fun, and makes a real difference in our community.
