Building Something Essential, Together
The Fraser Coast is one of Australia's fortunate few regions with its own community hospice. But here's what makes it truly special: it belongs to all of us, and it depends on all of us.
When local families need compassionate, dignified end-of-life care, Fraser Coast Hospice is here. That's only possible because our community chooses to make it possible.
This Is Your Hospice
Fraser Coast Hospice isn't just another charity. We're essential community infrastructure, but with a twist. Yes, we receive partial government funding, but we're owned and run by our community. That means we get to make our own decisions about care (which is brilliant for families), but it also means we need to find around $60,000 every month to maintain our services.
Why Partner With Fraser Coast Hospice?
You're investing in your community's wellbeing. Every year, we support dozens of local families through their most challenging times, providing not just medical care but dignity, comfort, and peace.
You're part of something bigger. Our partners aren't just supporters. They're champions of this vital community resource. Your investment helps build the Fraser Coast into the kind of place where everyone is looked after.
You're ensuring continuity. Government funding helped us open, but ongoing community partnerships keep us running. Your support means this service will be here when your community needs it.
